This is our working timeline of how we would like to see the weekend progress — some details are still in the works but we’re hoping there is enough information for you to be able to plan accordingly. October 3rd
Las Vegas, Nevada
We would love for everyone to arrive sometime on Friday! While we want you to feel completely comfortable and welcome to stay at whichever hotel suits you best, we’re hoping you’ll consider making The Flamingo your home base for the weekend. It's a fantastic spot to relax, get ready for all the fun, and be right in the heart of the action as we celebrate together!
It's Bachelorette Time, Baby!
During the evening, we would like to kick everything off and go out on the strip. These plans are still in the works but we are waiting until closer to the date to set the actual plans. Some bookings won’ let us request a date until closer to the actual date planned.
October 4th

Wedding Day Timeline
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM:
Rehearsal Brunch
Before the big celebration, join us for a relaxed and delicious wedding day brunch to fuel up and get ready for the fun ahead!
Plan to meet and walk over together to Sugar Cane around 9:30AM or show up at the restaurant when you’re ready.
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM:
Free Time & Getting Ready
After brunch, you’ll have some free time to relax, explore, or just enjoy the city before the wedding festivities begin. We suggest being ready by 4pm — you have plenty of time to prepare, freshen up, and be photo-ready for the ceremony.
Take your time, enjoy the moment, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you! We have coordinated for transportation to and from the Little Vegas Chapel to make it easier.
4:00 PM – 4:30 PM:
Transit to the Chapel
When it’s time, we’ll gather together and head to the chapel, ready to celebrate this unforgettable moment in style!
4:30 PM – 5:30 PM:
Wedding Ceremony
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm! The brides walk down the aisle, vows are exchanged, and the couple is officially married by Elvis himself. We are requesting that everyone will come in a black outfit.
5:30 PM – 6:00 PM:
Heading Back to the Strip
Transportation back to the restaurant will be provided for guest convenience.
6:00 PM – 9:00 PM -ish:
Reception Dinner
The newlyweds make their grand entrance into the reception. We hope to enjoy the meal while toasts or kind words are shared.
9:00 PM – into the night:
Enjoy Yourself and Get Some Sleep
After dinner, please feel free to go out and about and have a good time in Sin City. We greatly appreciate you participating in our special day.

A Grand Trip
This portion of the weekend is entirely optional, but since we're so close, why not make the most of it and finish the trip with a breathtaking natural wonder? We’ve found a fantastic tour to the Grand Canyon that offers the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in its stunning beauty.
